Keynote speakers will be announced in early 2027. The conference will feature four keynote presentations across the paper session days (Days 3–5).

Social events are integrated into the conference program to support informal interaction and community building among participants.

| Day Trip | Day 6 — optional excursion to Banff National Park and the Canadian Rocky Mountains. |
Paper presentations will take place across Days 3–5. Accepted papers will be organized into thematic sessions aligned with the conference topics. Detailed session assignments will be published after the review process is complete.

Workshops will run across Days 1–2 and take place in SAPL's dedicated maker spaces, woodshops, and robotic fabrication labs. Workshop proposals are due February 2027, with acceptance notifications in May 2027.
