CAAD Futures 2027
CAAD Futures 2027 invites proposals for workshops to be held across two full days — June 29–30, 2027 — comprising four sessions. Workshops offer a focused, hands-on setting for exploring emerging methods, tools, and ideas in computational design.
Proposals may address any topic relevant to the conference theme — Design Agency — or the broader field of computational design, including but not limited to: Design Generation, Theory, History, and Pedagogy, Architectural and Urban Systems, Socio-Technical Implications, Fabrication, Materiality, and Robotic Construction, and Data, Sensing, and Computational Infrastructure.
We encourage formats that go beyond traditional presentations: tutorials, design charrettes, collaborative prototyping sessions, and experimental formats are all welcome.

Proposal Submission (PDF only):
Step 1. Create a Microsoft CMT account at cmt3.research.microsoft.com and log in.
Step 2. From the top menu, click All Conferences.
Step 3. In the filter box on the right, type caad.
Step 4. Click Computer-Aided Architectural Design Futures 2027 to enter the conference.
Step 5. In the Author Console, click + Create new submission.
Step 6. Select Workshop as the submission type and follow the on-screen instructions.
